The first annual Car Smash was on Tuesday, October 15th at Westridge Middle School. This event was put on by Stuco, before the Varsity soccer game against SMN. Students showed up in the school parking lot eagerly waiting to smash a car with a sledge hammer.

To be able to hit the car, the students had to bring cans or money. All the cans and money  that were collected were donated the the Johnson County Christmas Bureau. This year, West collected 111 cans and a little over $40. For the first year, it was a pretty good turn out! Thanks to everyone who participated!
