Something that The Rub offers that is rare for a BBQ joint is pork tacos, not unheard of, just rare. Along with the rare pork tacos, The Rub also has a children’s menu, which is really good for attracting families with children.

Oklahoma Joe’s, which is located at two different sites, the original being at 3002 W 47th Ave Kansas City, KS, and the other at 11950 S Strang Line Rd Olathe, KS, has an good variety of meals to choose from. Oklahoma Joe’s offers sandwiches in pulled pork, turkey, ham, and beef brisket. The best part about Oklahoma Joe’s is that you can combine two meats onto one sandwich. Even though Oklahoma Joe’s doesn’t offer pork tacos, and doesn’t have a kid’s menu, they offer chicken gumbo. Along with buying sandwiches from there, you can also buy meat by the pound.
