The SMW dance team was happy to accept their new assistant coach, Lauren Wilson to the Golden Girl family this past week.

Lauren started out dancing competitively at Beller Dance Studio where she currently is a co-director of the competitive dance team there. She danced on the KU Flare Dance Team when she was attending KU. While dancing with Flare she competed at the world collegiate dance championships.

Lauren has previously coached at Mill Valley High School and choreographs for many other High School teams.

Lauren has already been working hard with both Varsity and Junior Varsity to help improve dances.
