The 2nd annual Christmas Choir Competition hosted by 99.7 The Point is happening right now, and Shawnee Mission West’s Choir has made the top eight. Please vote for West Madrigals by texting “melody” to 47 183 some time before this Sunday, the 8th. They will announce the top four schools by this Monday. The reward for the competition is $5,000 to be presented to the winning school’s choir program.

Nick Bukaty, a Senior in madrigals, said, “We’ll probably use the money to fund our trip to Chicago this spring, so we’re all excited to see the results.”
