This Thursday is the 2nd annual Coalition FIFA Tournament on the Xbox 360 at Shawnee Mission West. Make sure to sign up quickly so you are sure to get a spot in the tournament, as it will surely fill up.

To sign up, go to room 116 (Mr. Taylor’s room) and put down your name. Tell your friends about it so this tournament can be really competitive.

The tournament will be after school on Thursday in the same room (116). It costs $5 to join the tourney and you will get to play at least two matches.

FIFA tournaments have become very popular because of its fast gameplay and setup. Every year they make a different type of game, changing aspects of it to improve it.

It isn’t the newest game, however, as FIFA 13 will be used for the tournament. Bottled water will be provided for all contestants and spectators are also allowed to come and watch.

“FIFA is something that really brings people together and it is also a lot of fun,” said SMW junior, Elijah Bunde.
